  At present (late 2019 now mid 2020) we have another UFO craze.  its first begun by those conspiracy theory posters on social sites as a few years before Trump announced his candidacy, then the general public innocently gets involved.  In the recent case once Trump insiders saw (2014ish) the general public chomp away at those UFO conspiracy like starving hyenas they asked or allowed Russia/China/N. Korea to add their input, NOT DIRECTLY but by simply adding conspiracy theory  web sites with realistic looking info/images to flood the social market thus uneducated minds sponged it up.
 Remember that AD, "a mind is a terrible thing to waste" (UNCF), well a young un or under-educated mind is STILL  a sponge desiring to soak up info, the Russians figured that out and thought why not pay-back for the fall (wink-wink) of the Kremlin's and let them soak up misinformation...it worked (is working... though this taking in of misinformation made easier due to a certain side effect has been paused during the last few month (April-July 2020).  Why?

(Notionally Operated School Educated Senses )..hence that say they want kids back in school not to learn (as Trump has under funded public schools) but to cause a national emergency as kids go back home spread covid-19 (just as Teens are doing from open bars/gyms) so Trump lawyers can use their planned national emergency declaration on DEC 4th to have senate declare Trump President till this emergency is over...then in fall 2022 when a new voting date HAS to be set within 2 years wrongfully call a flu breakout a new corona, repeat without rinsing.

Heck, a so called  "invisible thing" (quoting Trump) is doing so much damage, as look at what Trump calls the invisible thing as to the officially named covid-19/corona virus which Trump did not take seriously till almost ONE MILLION people not knowing they where carriers from affected areas traveled to other countries and USofA AFTER Trump was warned in January of the dangers  a pandemic.
Trump even personally complimented the Chinese leaders BEFORE he instated the so called "Travel ban".  Trump even took money out of FEMA/sciences, thin the pandemic task force to do what, build a wall to stop present South AMERICANS...
