Russia Covid-19 Delta variant ,delta plus

 Short reminder.
If you follow this nut's) (me) theory on sun angle you know in the Northern Hemisphere that area of Russia remains in the serious covid-19 zone IF 3 other variables are in place.   Read my past posts for those variables...two just happened in Russia ~2 weeks ago.

While the rest of the North Hemisphere where the Sun Elevation angle is above the theoretical degrees I state they will have high contagious numbers, but not death...till...(if science does not listen to the good nuts like me)

The main sun elevation issues I post of at the moment is affecting the Southern Hem the most.

66 degree sun elevation and below (ADD the normal10 to 14 day delay for contagious levels to be noticed as a real uptick. Another UP TO 14 days depending on how the area effect is built, more city longer period as right angles create a chaos in nature that delays such a viruses' self-optimization) means THIS type of duo/dual virus begins to reinstate its contagious realm.

33 degree sun elevation and below plus the 2 delay factors I posted as to the 66 degree sun elevation means the most serious portion of such outbreaks CAN occur, as in death.

Healthy trees are being cut in the name of Audiohitler that modern crime that uses repetitive sounds to attack people.

You recently are hearing of the Cuban Embassy Microwave/ Sonar attack, then in D/C and before in China and India years ago. i've ben mentioning it to my neighbors since 1982 and on the webnet since 1991.

i am one of the original victims but i created a device to influence nature that also protects one of excessive sounds so the gangs using that crime on me have to constantly try to beat that protection so this area is constantly going through unneeded/unusual sounds / noises.  The wood chipper being use now is 28 foot TWENTY EIGHT long, think of the noise that makes.

This area was first to have buses screeching (1980s), cars backfiring (2010), car alarms going off (1980s) as remote controls ae used or drivers receive signals from these gangs, first from beepers now via icons / emoticon thus if confiscated as in a traffic accident all police  se on cell phones are silly images not understanding those are signals for drivers. No need to talk to drivers just receive LED signals.  Other truck drivers use their coWorkers to get Txt or emoticon signals.

Well since tees block sounds these gangs since 20010 EVERY YEAR get some tree cutting company from evergreen to unknown name trucks t cut limbs . They have cut down tree branches from 87% of trees from 2 blocks around the building i live in. 

A group of trees where majestic strong flourished ever year and are native to Argentina.

They are now 50% bare and i think they are cutting them down completely.

i'm thinking since just yesterday a noise abatement law as to cars backfiring was passed and loud idling they are cutting the trees down to make sure that quiet idling can reach my floor.  NOW THE TREE COMPANIES MIGHT NOT KNOW THIS IS WHOM THEY ARE WORKING FOR as these gangs have corrections to create false reports as an ill tree.  Some of these tree cutters know something is up cause to be cutting a tree here /there for 10 years within a 6 block areas is very unusual specially healthy trees.
